Join family, friends and neighbors in a safe space to work your body, learn some new boxing skills, and start your weekend off right! This Boxing-As-Fitness class is free to all ages and abilities and moves at your own pace! No expectation except that you walk away with enough positive energy to take on the weekend!

Weekend Wrap-Up classes are lead by professional boxer, and former Ghanaian National Boxing Champion, Michael Gbenga.
