The notion that women and girls are weak is a myth! The patriarchy thrives when we accept that we aren’t powerful.

This transformational 2-hour workshop will show you how powerful you are (In case you didn’t already know!) While all the blame and shame belongs to the perpetrator, this workshop will empower you with physical combat and boundary-setting strategies to utilize in threatening situations. The focus will be on concepts that can be learned quickly and applied right away. We may not be able to stop gender-based violence, but we can be active participants in freeing ourselves from the internalized beliefs of our own inferiority. Let’s unleash our power in a space that honors the traumas so many of us share.This women-power fueled program will leave participants feeling uplifted and powerful from the inside out.
